Ehfar Return Policy
At Ehfar, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We only accept returns if your order is wrong or item/s are faulty. We accept exchanges if your item/s don’t meet the criteria of wrong or faulty.
items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Free from makeup, stains, or scents

Returned with all original tags attached
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Sale or clearance items
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for sizing, subject to availability. If your preferred size is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Store Credit
If preferred, we can issue store credit for the value of your return. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Ehfar is not responsible for lost return parcels.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ehfaractivewear@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
How to Start a Return
